编者按:2016年5月1日,“金色江南——宋元明清江南地区藏金银器展”在江苏苏州博物院开展。展览展出南京博物院、苏州博物院、安徽博物院、江阴博物馆、江宁博物馆等七家博物馆藏宋元明清时期江南地区藏金银器一百余件(套),再现了宋元明清时期金银器铸造的精湛技艺。展览将持续至7月20日。
Editor's note: An ancient golden and silver wares exhibition is being held at the Suzhou Museum, Jiangsu Province, from May 1 to July 20. The exhibition features more than 100 sets of wares that have been carefully selected from the antiquities collected and stored up in the museums of Suzhou, Nanjing, Anhui, Jiangyin and Jiangning. The exhibited wares display the history of gold and silver ware casting technology in the areas of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China during four dynasties of the Song (960-1279), the Yuan (1271-1368), the Ming (1368-1644) and the Qing (1644-1911).
