| 完善国家人权行动计划联席会议机制, 加强对《行动计划》实施的监督和评估工作，全方位、多层次保障《行动计划》的落实。 | China shall improve the joint meeting mechanism for the National Human Rights Action Plan, and improve supervision and assessment of the implementation of the Action Plan, so as to ensure its implementation in various fields and at different levels. |
| ——各级地方政府、中央和国家机关各有关部门应结合各地区特点和各部门工作职责，制定《行动计划》实施方案，确保《行动计划》各项目标任务顺利完成。 | -- The local governments at all levels and related departments of the state organs shall work out detailed measures for the implementation of the Action Plan in accordance with their respective functions and regional characteristics, so as to ensure the successful fulfillment of all its objectives and tasks. |
