Qiu Chunlei, deputy director of the overseas students and experts service center, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and deputy secretary-general of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, speaks at the opening ceremony of the finals of the 6th Hengqin Cup National Postdoctoral Tennis Tournament.
