海南陵水:赛陵水酸粉技艺 促非遗美食发展

7月26日在2024年首届陵水酸粉行业技能竞赛上拍摄的由参赛选手制作的陵水酸粉。近日,2024年首届陵水酸粉行业技能竞赛在海南陵水举办,吸引了不少商家和个人参赛。选手们围绕陵水酸粉制作技艺展开现场比拼,传承陵水酸粉技艺,促进陵水酸粉行业发展。陵水酸粉是海南陵水的特色小吃,于2009年入选海南省第三批省级非物质文化遗产名录。[新华社记者 蒲晓旭 摄]
