Year End Comedy Heats Up Olympic Bid

Ten Olympic gold medallists and 20 popular movie stars in China will join hands to make a comedy series to attract people's attention to Beijing's bid for the 2008 Olympic Games.
  
The 3-episode comedy series, entitled "Count me in," will be shown on TV stations in 133 cities around China during the Chinese Spring Festival in January.
  
It is one of the films and TV dramas that the country makes to greet the first New Year of the new millennium.
  
Among those starring the comedy drama are Sydney Olympic gold medallists Tao Luna, Wang Nan, Kong Linghui, Wang Liqin, Yansen, Zhan Xugang, Yang Xia, Lin Weining, Ding Meiyuan and Liu Guoliang, as well as coaches of the Chinese Olympic teams Cai Zhenhua and Xu Haifeng.
  
The comedy drama depicts a number of interesting incidents that are supposed to happen in the process of bidding for the Olympic Games.
  
All the actors and actress will appear in the comedy with real names.
