The world's first set of postcards featuring lyrics to songs about environmental protection were issued Friday in this capital of Sichuan Province, southwest China.
Called Green Love to Save Mother Earth, the set of eight cards are printed with words to 13 songs that promote environment-friendly Olympic Games in 2008, the year Beijing is host city.
The designer, Zhang Yunying, who works in the city's environmental protection park, said the cards will be distributed free of charge to schools in Chengdu.
