China is holding consultation with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) at 11:00 am Tuesday at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse for the upcoming six-party talks.  

The DPRK delegation, with Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan as the head, has just arrived in Beijing.
