The 13rd Snow Sculpture Art Exhibition kicks off in Harbin, the capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province, on December 20.
With five large snow structures and 300 exhibits on display, the exhibition has six tourism zones and five match areas. The photo shows the "China Century Altar", a snow sculpture built at the 1:4 ratio.
