During the 16-day festival, more than 20 performances in the forms of drama, concert, movie and dance, as well as flower and painting exhibitions will be staged.

In particular, the China Movie Week from March 12 to 18 will exhibit the latest achievements made by Chinese movie directors over the past several years.

Performers coming from China's inland areas, Macao, Taiwan, Argentina, Portugal, Germany, Russia and Switzerland, among other countries and regions, will participate in various kinds of performances.

The festival is organized by the Cultural Institute of Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) government.
