The National People's Congress, China's legislature, adopted a resolution Friday morning endorsing the State Council-proposed central budget for 2002, and the Report on the Implementation of the Central and Local Budgets for 2001 and on the Draft Central and Local Budgets for 2002 presented by Finance Minister Xiang Huaicheng last week.
