The Sino-American forum on enterprise development will be opened in late June in this capital city of northwest China's Shaanxi Province.
Participants will include Gao Hucheng, vice-minister of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, and US Undersecretary of Commerce Grant Aldonas.
The two-day forum, to be co-sponsored by the commerce ministries of China and the United States, will also be held in Shanghai, China's leading industrial center.
The aim of the forum is to create more trade opportunities for enterprises of both countries through exchanges among Chinese and American entrepreneurs, government officials, investors and scholars.
Participant will be divided into four panel groups on entrepreneur training, capital composition, legal rules and innovation.
