Cargo Ship Overturns in Yellow Sea, 19 Missing

A cargo ship capsized with 19 people missing in the Yellow Sea Tuesday evening, and 27 people have been rescued by press time.

Search for the 19 is continuing in the sea area near the Haiyang Island of Changhai County, which is under the jurisdiction of Dalian, a coastal city of northeast China's Liaoning Province.

"Liaopuyun-777", the cargo ship suddenly overturned when it was unloading more than 100 tons of air bricks at a berth of the Haiyang Island at around 7:00 p.m. All 46 people aboard the ship fell into the sea.

Liaoning Provincial Martime Affairs Bureau immediately sent rescuers to search for all people falling into the sea.
