Truck Pulled from Water in Guangzhou

Chinese rescue team watch as the debris of a truck is pulled out of water near Jiujiang Bridge in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province, June 22, 2007. Two bodies, a man and a woman, were found in the debris, Guangzhou Daily reported. The 1,600-m bridge, which spans the Xijiang River, a major tributary of the Pearl River in south China, collapsed on Friday morning. Four vehicles fell into the river and nine people were missing.
