Netizens Complain About Feeling Depressed
Adjust font size:

39.net, an online health information provider in China, conducted a comprehensive survey on the health conditions of Chinese netizens, the first of its kind in China in last ten years.

The survey shows that though generally Chinese netizens are physically sound, many of them are suffering from various psychological problems, especially depression.

More than 50% of the respondents complain about psychological problems, and a total of 70% of them are very forgetful, anxious, depressed or lack of confidence. Some 19% of them have fallen victim to insomnia.

However, 53% of them believe only those who are under heavy pressures will get psychological diseases, thus such diseases don't have much to do with themselves.

Currently there are more than 106 million netizens in China, and their health problems should not be overlooked. Apparently, lack of physical exercise and insufficient sleep should be blamed for their bad health.
