Philippine president's special envoy, Alfonso Yuchengco, reiterated that his country will adhere to the One China policy, and wishes to resolve differences between the two countries on the issue of the South China Sea.
During talks with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing, Yuchengco passed on the positive attitude held by the new administration of the Philippines, and said that it hopes to strengthen friendly cooperation with China.
