Beijing to Hold Motor Vehicle Exhibitions Next Year
Beijing will hold three motor vehicle exhibitions next year.

These include the 2003 Beijing International Commercial Vehicle Exhibition and the 2003 Beijing International Automotive Parts and Related Products Show (AMS 2003), both scheduled from September 25to 28, and the Beijing International Motorcycle Exhibition (Motorcycle Expo 2003) which is scheduled from November 6 to 9.

The Commercial Vehicle Exhibition will focus on developing transportation and protecting the environment, while AMS 2003 will focus on high technology and expanding exports.

From next year, these three exhibitions will be held every two years, said Zhao Haiming, general manager of China Automotive Industry International Corporation.

Thanks to its large consumption capability, Beijing has now become one of China's major automobile exhibition centers.
