Third ASEM Foreign Ministers' Meeting to Be Held in Beijing

The Third ASEM Foreign Ministers’ Meeting will be held on May 24 to 25 here in Beijing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Sun Yuxi announced Thursday.

ASEM, or the Asia-Europe Meeting, includes 15 members of the European Union (EU) and 10 Asian countries. The Foreign Ministers' Meeting, as part of the ASEM process, was launched in Bangkok in 1996.
