Many young nurses, who has recently graduated from the nurses' schools, came to Beijing to work as domestic helpers. Though their pay was one time higher than that of the ordinary people of the same occupation, still the Beijing families warmly welcomed them.
Some Beijing people even deposited first in order to get young nurses as soon as young nurses are available.
Beijing people like to hire young nurses to help them to do home jobs or take care their children, because they are too busy with their daily work in their offices. Some of them work in the foreign enterprises. They have to work from morning till night, without having spare time to take care their housework.
Though there are some service companies for family affairs in the places nearby and it is very convenient to hire domestic helpers, still it is not easy for them to find satisfactory ones. That's why the young nurses, even they are from other provinces or cities of China, were greatly welcomed in Beijing.
