Pupils in primary school in Rongchang County, Chongqing Municipality, drink milk provided by the local government free of charge May 29, 2007. The local government will spend more than 5 million yuan a year to provide milk to primary scholl students. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said on April 23 he hoped very Chinese, the children in particular, will be able to drink 0.5 kilogram of milk a day.
