A cultural relics exhibition was held Monday at the Zhou Enlai-Deng Yingchao Museum here to commemorate the 103rd anniversary of the birth of late Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai (1898-1976).
Some 72 photos, letters, inscriptions and other items selected from the museum collection on Zhou Enlai and his wife Deng Yingchao will be on public view through March 11.
Set up in 1998, the museum has so far received a donation of over 9,000 historical and cultural relics about the couple from Chinese and overseas people, including photos and documents.
Zhou Enlai was born on March 5, 1898, in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province, and studied at Nankai University in Tianjin and in Paris, where he joined the Chinese Socialist Youth League.
