Military Assistance
As a developing country, China always fulfills its international obligations and extends military assistance to other developing countries in need of such assistance, while enhancing its own defense capability. China's military assistance is based on the principle of mutual respect, equality, trust, and mutual benefit. It includes, inter alia, provision of equipment, expert missions, and personnel training. China provides assistance without imposing any extraneous political conditions and without interfering in the internal affairs of recipient countries. Rather, the assistance is designed to help recipient countries enhance their security and develop their own military capabilities. We do what we can within our ability to promote shared prosperity, and tailor our military assistance to today's specific needs in an innovative manner with a focus on strengthening regional security.
军事援助
中国作为一个发展中国家，多年来在致力于自身国防和军队建设发展的同时，始终坚持承担相应国际义务，向经济困难的其他发展中国家提供力所能及的军事援助。相互尊重、平等相待、重信守诺、互利共赢是中国军事援助遵循的基本原则，主要形式有装备援助、专家派出、人员培训等。中国提供军事援助，坚持不附带任何政治条件、不干涉受援国内政，坚持帮助受援国提高军事安全和军队自主发展能力，坚持在防务领域的平等互利、共同发展，坚持量力而行、尽力而为，坚持与时俱进、改革创新，注重塑造有利的地区安全格局。
