A book on Chinese traditional culture, economic development and foreign policy, written by the Republic of Korea (ROK) Ambassador to China, Kim Ha Joong, was published in Beijing Friday.
Tengfei De Long (Rising Dragon) is written in Chinese by Kim, who majored in Chinese culture at Seoul University.
Kim told readers in the book of his long connections to and interest in China as well as his understanding of Chinese people, their ways of thinking, China's reform and opening-up and ROK-China relations.
