A total of 28 acrobatic feats by participants from 13 countries and regions won prizes during the seven-day Wuhan International Acrobatics Festival, which closed Thursday evening in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, central China.
Participants from Russia, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and China took the first, second and third prizes respectively for the adult category.
Young Chinese acrobatic performers took the top prizes in the children's category.
Other participating countries included the United States, Japan, Ukraine, Mongolia, Bulgaria and Kazakstan.
Various medals for excellence were also awarded to a number of domestic and overseas troupes.
The feats involved ground acrobatics, air acrobatics, animal taming, comic acts and magic tricks.
