A set of two special stamps featuring kongfu and kickboxing was issued Wednesday to mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the Republic of Korea (ROK).
Simultaneous ceremonies were held Wednesday in Cangzhou of north China's Hebei Province and Seoul of the ROK in celebration of the event. Cangzhou is a birthplace of Chinese kongfu with 1,400 years of history.
One of the stamps depicts two women practicing kongfu, and the other features two men engaged in kickboxing.
Both Chinese kongfu and Korean kickboxing have made their way to the world stage.
