Yesterday, the Chinese version of Matrix Reloaded finally premiered in Beijing. But Li Yapeng, the voice behind the main star of the movie, didn't show up. Audiences in Beijing had mixed feelings about his dubbing.
"His dubbing was just so so, not as good as expected."
"I feel it was just above average. If I had to give a score, I would give it 6 out of ten."
"I think it's pretty good. I would give it nine out of ten."
The film will go on wide release from today (Friday) in Beijing's cinemas. You can judge for yourself if Li Yapeng's dubbing is up to scratch.
