More than 50 ancient tombs belonging to the Eastern Zhou, Han, Song and Ming dynasties have been unearthed in Yuxian County of Shanxi Province.

A great number of precious relics including pottery, bronze, jade and stone wares were also uncovered.

Experts say the discovery is very important to research on the history and social life of the ancient Chouyou Kingdom.
