The China Philharmonic Orchestra held a concert at the Golden Hall in the Austrian capital of Vienna on the night of September 21. The group's brilliant performance won rousing applause from its audience that nearly brought the house down in the famous Waltz city.
The China Philharmonic Orchestra played folk string concerto "The Moon over a Fountain" and Penderecki's Symphony No. 4. Also on the play list was Gustav Hahler's "Sound of the Earth". And as if that wasn't enough in itself, the internationally-acclaimed tenor Warren Mok and baritone Liao Changyong dazzled the audience with a wonderful vocal interpretation of the world renowned symphony.
The China Philharmonic Orchestra has proved once again that it's one of the world's best, since the Golden Hall accepts only top-notch performers from around the world.
