Life's Twists And Turns

Tian Qinxin's Life Show tells the story through the eyes of Lai Shuangjiu, the younger brother of the heroine, Lai Shuangyang.

Their parents divorce when Lai Shuangyang is 16. Her elder brother does not care about the family welfare so Shuangyang has to make a living by managing a small restaurant and brings up her younger brother Shuangjiu, and her sister, Shuangyuan.

Growing up in a broken family, Shuangjiu starts to live by his own rules and eventually falls into the world of drugs. Desperately wanting Shuangjiu to regain a healthy life, Shuangyang introduces him to a simple and diligent country girl, who eventually becomes his girlfriend.

Shuangyuan, an ambitious and bold girl, is not willing to live such a low-class life. She works hard and becomes a TV news reporter.

But as in life, Shuangyang -- the backbone of the family -- also suffers. Afraid that the man she loves, Zhuo Xiongzhou, would not be able to accept her brother and sister, she refuses his marriage proposal. He later marries her sister.
