Adjust font size:  ZoomIn ZoomOut

According to a report by Jiefang Daily, more than 67,000 returned students from overseas chose to work in Shanghai in 2006, about one third of the total in China. Shanghai is also the favorite city of foreign experts, as their number in Shanghai has kept growing at 10% annually in the past few years.

The information was released on March 6, at the Conference of Global Human Resource Shifting.

"We'll try our best to build an open international market in Shanghai, where everybody can make the most of their talent," said Feng Guoqin, deputy mayor of Shanghai.
