The group has 1.92 million people. The Koreans mainly live in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, though they can also be found in Heilongjiang and Liaoning provinces and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. They have their own spoken and written language.
