Popular Hunan TV host Li Xiang has been poached by Beijing TV Station with a 600,000 pay package. 　

Li Xiang's recent high profile divorce with tycoon Li Hou Seng, and her appointment as a guest lecturer in a university has significantly raised her celebrity profile. 　　

Now Beijing TV Station has added to the hype by poaching Li Xiang from Hunan TV. 　

According to sources yesterday, Li Xiang will host a new entertainment news program starting in 2007, with an annual salary of around 600,000.
