Mouse develops habit of stealing jewelry
Adjust font size:

A mouse living in the barn of a country house in Tianjin municipality has developed a habit of stealing jewelry, which it hides in its nest.

About six months ago, the woman of the house noticed that a gold ring and earrings had gone missing overnight. She called the police the next morning, but no clues surfaced as to the whereabouts of her valuables.

Several days later, a neighbor experienced a similar loss, leaving the police puzzled.

The mystery was resolved last week, when a boy found all of the lost jewelry in the mouse's nest.
