China's environmental protection department will begin charging the disposal of dangerous wastes. 

The aim is to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the dangerous wastes, including the industrial, medical and other dangerous wastes.

The collected fees will be used for the collection, transportation, storage and disposal of the wastes.

The central government is demanding local governments to cooperate closely in order to realize the effective disposal as soon as possible.
