An evening party will be held at 7:45 PM on September 2 at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. About 6,000 people including Party and State leaders as well as citizens from all walks of life will attend the party.

A seminar will be held on September 2-4 at Jingxi Hotel in Beijing.
