The Hong Kong Performing Artistes Guild (HKPAG) held an urgent meeting Thursday night to call upon Hong Kong celebrities to look for counter measures against candid photos taken by paparazzi. Jackie Chan, Eric Tsang, Simon Yam, Stanley Tong and Lawrence Cheng were among the attendees.

The meeting was prompted by an incident involving Gillian Chung, one half of the girl band "Twins," who was snapped while getting changed several days ago.
Lawrence Cheng, the spokesman of the HKPAG, states they are determined to fight against the tabloids. He also hopes the government will intervene since a law that expired 26 years ago is inadequate to contain some unbearable and privacy-intruding behavior by the media.
