More than 600,000 men suffer from impotence in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a special survey indicates.
Hong Kong has a population of around 7 million.
More than 15 percent of sufferers refuse to see doctors in the first decade of the condition. Another 15 percent seek medical treatment after they have suffered from impotence for five to seven years.
The survey was conducted by Asian Males, a men's health organization, early this year. More than 10,000 local men aged between 18-70 years old were interviewed.
