Due to the rapid life pace, many white collars in Beijing have no time to enjoy sumptuous lunches everyday but fast food. In fact, the white collars have formed a huge lunch market with the daily sales value of no less than 16 million yuan.

According to the statistics by China Cuisine Association, 40% of white collars eat lunch at company cafeterias and another 30% orders fast food.
In the survey conducted by Beijing Evening News, 94% of white collars are not satisfied with the quality of their lunch, especially with the bad taste of the food and the sanitation condition of the restaurants or cafeterias. The delay of the delivery of fast food is another big problem.
"I am really sorry to see so many people having poor lunch every day, for lunch is important in daily nutrition, especially for brain workers," commented Xun, a senior dietician in Beijing.
