China is very concerned about Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's health, the Foreign Ministry's spokesperson Kong Quan said Friday.

 

"We wish him an early recovery," he said.

 

Kong made the remarks when asked to comment on Sharon's hospitalization due to a serious stroke.
