A delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), led by Deputy Commander Zang Wenqing of Chinese PLA Beijing Military Area Command, left Beijing Monday for an official goodwill visit to Romania, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
The delegation is making the visit at the invitation of the armed forces of the three countries.
