Diplomatic Envoys, Representatives Attending NPC Session as Observers

Diplomatic envoys from 124 countries and representatives of international organizations are hearing Premier Zhu Rongji's government work report in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing Wednesday morning.

They attended as observers the first session of the 10th National People's Congress of China, which opened at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.
