A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman announced in Beijing Monday that Goran Svilanovic, foreign minister of Serbia and Montenegro, will pay an official visit to China from April 17 to 21.
Svilanovic will come to China at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing, said spokesman Liu Jianchao.
