President of Azerbaijan Haydar Aliyev has sent condolences to Chinese President Hu Jintao over the heavy losses caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), the Foreign Ministry said Friday.
In the message, Aliyev expressed his deep sorrow and condolences over the loss of lives in China due to the outbreak of SARS.
Aliyev sincerely hoped that China will win the battle against the SARS epidemic as soon as possible.
