Xiong Guangkai, deputy chief of the general staff of the People's Liberation Army, met in Beijing Thursday with a Moldovan military delegation headed by Victor Murzac, chief of military policy and foreign affairs bureau of the Ministry of Defense.

Xiong and Murzac exchanged views on bilateral ties and issues of common concern during their meeting.
