Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will pay a visit to Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK) later this month, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan in Beijing Tuesday.
Li will visit Japan from Aug. 10 to 13, at the invitation of Japanese Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi, and the ROK from Aug. 13 to 15 at the invitation of ROK Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Yoon Young-kwan.
The Chinese foreign minister will discuss bilateral relations and other issues of common concern with his hosts, said Kong.
The spokesman also announced Ambassador-at-large Princess Hajah Masna of Brunei Darussalam will pay a visit to China from Aug. 11 to 16 at the invitation of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
