Chinese Vice Premier Huang Ju said in Beijing Tuesday that he believes China and Kazakhstan and their peoples will usher in a new era in the development of bilateral relations with efforts from both sides.
Huang made the remarks at a meeting with Kazak Minister of Defense Mukhtar Altynbayev.
Huang pointed to the deepening of political mutual trust, strengthening of economic and trade exchanges, expanding of cooperative spheres and continuous advancing of good-neighborly friendship between the two countries in recent years.
He voiced China's appreciation for the Kazak government's support for China on many issues.
Altynbayev said Kazakhstan will strengthen cooperation with the Chinese side within different frameworks including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization so as to make efforts for safeguarding regional stability and promoting common prosperity.
