IBM Brings 'E-business on Demand' in China
IBM introduced on April 3 a new IT service concept -- "e-business on demand" -- to China and predicted it would gain a position as important as public utilities.

Charles Agee, a director of IBM Global Services in the Asia Pacific, explained at the IBM Forum 2002 that more and more enterprises would reduce high costs of IT construction and improve their efficiency, while applying the latest IT technology in their management.
