A hi-tech project exhibition aimed at increasing cooperation between experts in northeast China's Liaoning Province and Russia will be held in Shenyang from Sept. 8 to 9 this year.
Over 120 Russian experts will bring 588 technical projects to the exhibition, 35 percent of which contain new technology.
Liaoning will present details of 324 proposed projects suitable for exchanges or cooperation.
Li Zhongya, deputy director of the provincial personnel department, said that since 1997 Liaoning has established cooperative ties with the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Tomsk, Russia's famous university town.
In recent years over 100 Russian experts have been invited to China for technical exchanges and cooperation.
