Howling Wind Marks End of Warm Fall in Beijing

Strong winds whipped Beijing on Saturday, which marked the end of a warm fall here.

 

The wind reached 5 or 6 degrees, making it hard for people to ride or walk on the street.

 

Experts said the temperature will go down by 7 or 10 Celsius in coming days.

 

Average temperature throughout China in October stood at 11.7 degrees Celsius, 2.1 degrees Celsius higher than China's regular falls, making this fall the warmest one China has experienced since 1951.

 

 

Two persons are having a hard time riding because of strong winds in Beijing on Saturday. Strong wind is sweeping Beijing on Saturday and brings down temperature sharply. The warmest autumn of Beijing in 55 years is going to end.
