A Boeing passenger jet of Sudan was hijacked on Wednesday and diverted from its original flight course to Chadian capital of Ndjamena, pan-Arab television channel al-Jazeera reported.
The report said that the plane belonging to Sudan's Air West airline was hijacked by unknown gunmen at around 9:00 a.m. (0600 GMT) when it was flying on a domestic course.
The Boeing 737 plane with 103 people on board diverted its original course after hijacking and headed to the direct of Chadian capital of Ndjamena, according to other media reports.
