Lufthansa German Airlines announced yesterday that it will fly to Shanghai from Germany three times daily with the introduction of its 2007 summer timetable, which starts from Monday.

The carrier will raise its flights on the Shanghai-Frankfurt route by seven flights per week, creating a double daily service on this route. Lufthansa also operates daily flights between Shanghai and Munich.
